Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Representative role based in Manipur, India. The role involves identifying and pursuing recent business opportunities, generating leads, and managing the entire sales cycle for elevator projects.

The representative will conduct client meetings, present product features and service offerings, prepare proposals and quotations, and negotiate contracts in coordination with internal teams. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining relationships with existing customers, responding to inquiries, providing basic product training or demonstrations,



and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The role also includes supporting marketing initiatives such as local promotions, market research, and coordination with the broader team to strengthen the company’s presence in the region.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients, understand needs, and provide clear information and support.
- Proven ability in Sales and Sales & Marketing to generate leads, convert opportunities, and contribute to revenue growth.
- Relevant experience in construction, building services, or related industries is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site, manage field visits, and collaborate with technical and project teams.
- Basic proficiency in standard office software and CRM tools for tracking sales activities and customer interactions.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
