Key Responsibilities: The Sales and Marketing Leader – Residential Solar, is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. This role involves

- leading residential solar sales efforts, developing and executing marketing strategies, and driving customer acquisition and retention
- Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, conducting customer meetings and site visits, preparing proposals, and closing deals in alignment with company targets
- The role also encompasses mentoring and training sales team members, coordinating with technical and installation teams for seamless project execution,



and gathering market insights to refine product positioning
- The Sales and Marketing Leader will represent the brand at local events, build partnerships with relevant stakeholders, and ensure a high standard of customer service throughout the solar adoption journey.

Required Qualifications:

Mandatory:

- BE in Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
- Minimum 2 experience years in Residential solar

- Minimum 2 experience years in Sales functions
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and planning skills, with proficiency in using CRM or sales tracking tools
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Proficiency in Tamil and English.
- Based in Chennai.

Preferred:

- Hands-on experience with On-grid, Hybrid & Off-grid solar power systems.

- Familiarity with TANGEDCO approval processes for solar installations.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and other tools for reporting and tracking.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
