- Handle customer enquiries and recommend suitable automobile spare parts.

- Generate sales through walk-in customers, calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.

- Understand customer requirements and identify the correct parts based on vehicle model and specifications.

- Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales orders accurately.

- Coordinate with the inventory team to check product availability and arrange parts.

- Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders, and pending payments.

- Maintain valuable relationships with existing customers and develop new customers.

- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

- Maintain accurate sales records and update customer information.

- Handle customer complaints and provide timely solutions.

- Coordinate with purchase, inventory, and accounts teams for smooth order processing.

- Stay updated on automobile spare parts, brands, prices, and product applications.
