Job Title: Sales Executive – Wholesale & Retail Perfume Shop

We are looking for a friendly, motivated Sales Executive to join our perfume shop. The role involves assisting retail customers, handling wholesale clients, promoting fragrances, and ensuring smooth day-to-day shop operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and help them choose perfumes, attars, deodorants, and related products.
- Explain fragrance notes, brands, prices, offers, and product availability.
- Handle retail sales, billing, cash/card/UPI payments, and daily cash records.
- Build and maintain relationships with wholesale customers, retailers, and resellers.
- Take wholesale orders, prepare invoices, coordinate packing, and follow up on deliveries and payments.
- Maintain product displays, testers, shelves, stock labels, and shop cleanliness.
- Check inventory, report low-stock items, and support stock receiving and counting.
- Promote new arrivals and offers through WhatsApp, phone calls, and social media where required.
- Handle customer questions,



exchanges, and complaints politely.
- Meet sales targets and share regular sales updates with the shop manager.

Requirements

- Positive communication and customer-service skills.
- Interest in perfumes, fragrances, and sales.
- Basic knowledge of billing and inventory; computer knowledge is an advantage.
- Ability to speak the local language; Hindi and English are preferred.
- Previous experience in retail, wholesale, cosmetics, or perfume sales is preferred but not essential.
- Honest, well-groomed, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced shop environment.
