- Serve as the functional lead for SAP S/4HANA Service implementation projects, following the SAP Activate Methodology

/n

- Conduct workshops to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications

/n

- Map service business processes to SAP S/4HANA solution processes

/n

- Perform fit-gap analysis and collaborate with technical teams for custom developments

/n

- Lead all phases of the project lifecycle: blueprinting, configuration, testing, training, go-live, and post-implementation support

/n

- Integrate SAP S/4HANA Service with other SAP components such as SAP CPQ and SAP S/4HANA Sales for seamless business process execution

/n





- Support master and transactional data migration, cutover planning, and system upgrades in brownfield implementations

/n

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (FI-CA, CI, Controlling, RAR) to deliver integrated solutions

/n

- Ensure adherence to SAP best practices and compliance standards

/n

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to service processes and integration points

/n

- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal training and knowledge sharing

/n

- Identify opportunities for AI infusion into solution implementation
