Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, enhance, and maintain RPA solutions using WorkFusion and Automation Anywhere.

- Migrate/rebuild existing Automation Anywhere (A360/AA360) bots into WorkFusion.

- Analyze existing bots, workflows, business rules, and dependencies to design equivalent WorkFusion solutions.

- Develop supporting components and integrations using Java.

- Troubleshoot, test, debug, and optimize RPA automations.

- Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand automation requirements and deliver scalable solutions.

Preferred candidate profile

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on experience with WorkFusion / Work Fusion / RPA Express.

- Hands-on experience with Automation Anywhere / A360 / AA360.

- Strong Java programming skills.

- Proven experience in RPA bot migration/rebuild, particularly Automation Anywhere to WorkFusion.

- Valuable understanding of RPA development lifecycle, debugging, testing, and deployment.

Preferred

- Experience working on enterprise-scale RPA migration projects.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
