We are looking for an RO Technician to handle installation, servicing, repair, and maintenance of RO water purification systems.
Key Responsibilities: Install and service RO water purifier machines. Diagnose and repair RO-related technical issues. Replace filters, membranes, pumps, and other components. Perform regular maintenance and preventive servicing. Visit customer locations and resolve service complaints. Maintain service records and update job status in the CRM. Ensure proper functioning and water quality of RO systems.
Requirements: Basic knowledge of RO systems and components. Positive troubleshooting and repair skills. Ability to travel to customer locations. Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Experience as an RO Technician is preferred. Freshers with relevant RO training can also apply.
