We are looking for an experienced and responsible Retail Shop Coordinator to manage day-to-day shop operations and coordinate with customers, vendors, contractors, and internal teams. The ideal candidate should have good coordination skills and preferably have experience in retail, construction, interiors, or a related field.

Job Role: Retail Shop Coordinator

Job Location: Kannamoola, Trivandrum, Kerala

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Experience: Minimum 2 years in Retail or Construction-related field

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily activities and ensure smooth functioning of the retail shop.
- Coordinate with customers, vendors, contractors, and internal teams.
- Monitor product/material requirements, availability, and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with the design and execution teams to ensure timely completion of work.
- Assist in preparing quotations, estimates, and maintaining basic records.
- Follow up on orders, materials, installations, and pending work.
- Maintain proper documentation and update management on daily activities.




- Handle customer queries and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Monitor shop-related requirements and ensure proper maintenance and organization.
- Support the team in achieving operational and customer service goals.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail, construction, interiors, or a related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust coordination and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of construction/interior materials will be an added advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate with different teams.
- Basic computer knowledge and documentation skills.
- Candidates who can join immediately are preferred.
