Store Manager –

Are you an experienced retail professional with strong leadership, sales and customer-handling skills? Join one of India’s leading eyewear brands!

What you'll do:

- Drive store sales, conversion and business targets
- Lead, motivate and develop the store team
- Ensure excellent customer experience and NPS
- Handle store operations, inventory and cash management
- Ensure SOP, compliance and operational excellence
- Manage staffing, shift planning and store performance

What we're looking for:

1. Minimum 2 years of Store Manager experience
2. Graduate: 4 years total experience
3. Undergraduate: 6 years total experience
4. Solid leadership, communication and customer service skills
5. Excellent team management and execution abilities.

Shift: 10 AM – 10 PM (Any 9-hour shift)

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Off: Rotational

Locations: Chandigarh, Panchkula, Dehradun, Bathinda, Jammu, Haridwar & Kullu
