Job Overview

MithaiCana, a fast-growing dessert and caf? chain in Bangalore, is hiring part-time Retail Staff to support increasing customer demand.

This role is ideal for students or individuals seeking flexible evening work. You will play a key role in delivering a high-quality customer experience with speed, accuracy, and a positive attitude.

Work Schedule

- Option 1: 6 days/week (Monday–Friday, 6:00 PM – 11:00 PM // Sat -Sun,10AM - 10PM )
- Option 2: 3 days/week (Friday– 5:00 PM – 11:00 PM // Sat -Sun,10AM - 10PM)

Compensation & Benefits

- 6-day schedule: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month
- 3-day schedule: ₹6,000 – ₹7,500 per month

Key Responsibilities

- Handle walk-in customer orders accurately and professionally
- Pack delivery orders with attention to detail




- Maintain cleanliness and assist with stocking between orders

Qualifications

- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to work evenings and weekends

Requirements

- Basic communication skills in Kannada, Telugu, Hindi, or English
- Must reside within or be willing to relocate within 3 km of the store location
