Role Summary

We are looking for a agile and result-oriented Store Manager to manage the overall operations of a World of Titan store, drive sales performance, lead the store team, and ensure an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Drive sales growth, upselling, cross-selling, UPT and average bill value.
- Monitor store KPIs and take corrective actions to improve performance.
- Lead, motivate and develop the store team.
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer escalations.
- Maintain proper stock availability, inventory accuracy and minimize stock loss.
- Ensure billing, cash handling and daily store operations are carried out accurately.




- Maintain visual merchandising and Titan brand standards.
- Ensure adherence to company SOPs, policies and compliance requirements.
- Conduct regular team briefings, performance reviews and coaching.
- Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly business reports.
- Identify local market opportunities and execute store-level activities to increase footfall and sales.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
