Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Retail Operations Excellence Manager to oversee end-to-end retail operations across Exclusive Brand Outlets (EBOs), Multi-Brand Outlets (MBOs), Shop-in-Shop (SIS) stores, dark stores, e-commerce, and quick commerce channels. The ideal candidate will drive operational excellence, inventory efficiency, customer experience, and business growth while ensuring compliance with company standards and budgets.

Key Responsibilities

Retail Operations

- Implement and monitor SOPs across all retail formats.

- Ensure stores are well-maintained, visually appealing, and compliant with health & safety standards.

- Manage store infrastructure, furniture, fittings, hardware, POS systems, and vendor relationships.

- Coordinate and support operations across EBO, MBO, SIS, and dark store formats.

Inventory &

- Supply Chain Management

- Ensure optimum stock availability across retail, e-commerce, and quick commerce channels.

- Plan stock replenishments and inter-store transfers.

- Coordinate warehouse operations and inventory planning.

- Drive FIFO implementation and expiry management to minimize wastage.

Training &

- Team Management

- Identify training needs and conduct regular operational training programs.

- Roll out new operational initiatives and ensure smooth implementation across stores.

- Track manpower requirements and coordinate with HR for timely hiring and workforce planning.

Customer Experience

- Drive initiatives to enhance in-store customer experience.

- Resolve customer complaints across retail, e-commerce, and quick commerce channels.

- Gather customer feedback and implement continuous improvements.

E-commerce &

- Logistics Operations





- Oversee daily online order processing and timely order fulfilment.

- Coordinate with store teams for accurate packing and dispatch.

- Manage relationships with logistics partners and courier service providers.

- Evaluate and onboard new logistics partners.

- Ensure delivery readiness during sales campaigns and peak demand periods.

Quick Commerce &

- Corporate Sales

- Drive business growth across quick commerce platforms.

- Coordinate with the marketing team for promotions and advertising plans.

- Develop and maintain corporate sales relationships.

- Prepare corporate proposals and support bulk order acquisition.

Reporting, Audits &

- Budget Management

- Conduct monthly store audits and ensure compliance.

- Reconcile inventory and sales with Operations, Accounts, and MIS teams.

- Monitor store expenses, petty cash, and operational budgets.

- Prepare weekly and monthly MIS dashboards with KPI analysis.

- Forecast retail sales and prepare store targets.

- Plan and manage store incentive budgets.

- Resolve discrepancies identified during internal and external audits.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.

- 6+ years of experience in Retail Operations.

- Experience managing multi-store retail operations.

- Strong understanding of inventory management, warehouse operations, and supply chain.

- Experience in E-commerce and Quick Commerce operations.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MIS reporting.

- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth workplace.

- Willingness to travel extensively.
