A23 Real t ors is a dynamic real estate company focused on creating value through strategic real estate transactions and robust client relationships. We are looking for an ambitious Leasing Manager who can take ownership of our leasing function and drive business growth.

The Role

As a Lea s ing Manager, you will be responsible for identifying leasing opportunities, building a strong tenant and broker network, managing negotiations, and driving transactions from initial lead to successful closure.

Key Resp o nsibilities

- Drive l easing and occupancy targets across assigned properties. Develop and execute effective leasing strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy. Generat e new business through direct sourcing, broker networks, channel partners, referrals, and market outreach. Build a nd maintain strong relationships with HNI clients, corporates, tenants, property consultants, and brokers. Conduct property presentations, site visits, commercial discussions, and negotiations. Lead th e complete leasing cycle—from lead generation to negotiation, closure, documentation, and handover. Negotia te rentals, deposits, lock-in periods, escalation clauses, fit-out periods, and other commercial terms. Track t he leasing pipeline, conversions, inventory, and revenue through regular MIS and reporting. Monitor market trends, competitor properties, rental values, and tenant demand. Work cl osely with legal, finance, operations,



and property teams to ensure seamless transaction closure. Develop long-term relationships with existing tenants and identify opportunities for renewals and expansion.* Consist ently achieve and exceed monthly and annual leasing targets.

Who We’r e

Looking For

- 4–8 ye a rs of relevant experience in real estate leasing / commercial leasing / retail leasing / high-street leasing. Strong understanding of the Delhi NCR real estate market. Proven track record of achieving leasing targets and closing transactions. Strong existing network of brokers, channel partners, corporates, and prospective tenants. Excelle nt negotiation, communication, presentation, and relationship-management skills. High ow nership, strong commercial acumen, and a results-driven approach. Ability to independently manage multiple deals and negotiate complex commercial terms.* Profici ency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, CRM, and MIS reporting.
