Job Responsibilities
- Attend and handle guest calls for restaurant reservations.
- Take booking details and update reservations on the portal.
- Coordinate with guests regarding reservations, timings and queries.
- Coordinate with the restaurant team for smooth handling of bookings.
- Maintain proper reservation records and follow up with guests when required.
Requirements
- Valuable communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Polite and professional manner while speaking with guests.
- Ability to handle calls and manage multiple reservations.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
