About the Role

We are looking for a qualified and customer-focused Restaurant Captain to supervise daily restaurant operations, lead the service team, and ensure every guest receives an exceptional dining experience.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Supervise the daily operations of the restaurant and service team.

Assign duties and monitor the performance of service staff.

Ensure prompt, courteous, and qualified food and beverage service.

Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely order preparation and service.

Handle guest requests, complaints, and feedback professionally.

Maintain restaurant cleanliness, table setup, and service standards.

Train and motivate team members to deliver excellent hospitality.

Monitor staff grooming, attendance, and discipline.

Ensure compliance with food Customised pre-screening safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.

Assist in planning buffet setups, banquets, and special events.

Maintain inventory of restaurant supplies, cutlery, crockery, and service equipment.

Support upselling of menu items and promotional offers to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue.





Prepare daily service reports and communicate operational updates to management.

Requirements

2–5 years of experience in a hotel, resort, or fine-dining restaurant.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and guest relation skills.

Knowledge of restaurant service standards and food & beverage operations.

Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with POS systems is preferred.
