- Team Management: Recruit, train, schedule, and mentor showroom sales staff to maintain high service standards and productivity.

- Customer Experience: Ensure exceptional customer service, handle escalated customer inquiries or complaints, and foster long-term customer relationships.

- Showroom Operations: Oversee daily opening/closing procedures, maintain operational standards, and enforce store safety protocols.

- Visual Merchandising: Maintain premium showroom presentation, ensuring product displays, pricing tags, and promotional materials align with brand standards.

- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, oversee inventory audits, prevent stock loss/shrinkage, and coordinate reorders with the supply chain team.

- Performance Tracking:
