- Supervise and coordinate the service team during operations.
- Ensure smooth and efficient table service.
- Welcome guests and ensure a positive dining experience.
- Take and coordinate guest orders accurately.
- Ensure food and beverages are served on time and as per standards.
- Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with the Kitchen and Bar teams for smooth service.
- Monitor table setup, cleanliness, and restaurant hygiene.
- Brief and guide Stewards and other service staff.
- Ensure SOPs and service standards are followed.
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in daily operations.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and maintain service quality.
- Support billing and cash-handling procedures when required.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
