Shall be responsible for Complete Guest Service - From preparation of back end crockery & cutlery, to taking orders, service, table clearance, feedback right upto billing on Pet Pooja and settlement of payments at end of shift, Set up of dinning areas and during low load time should also be able to handle basic Pantry & mocktail bar responsibilities. At times the Captain shall also be responsible to independently handle cafe operations including billing and online dispatches
