Role Description The Research Educational Content role is a full-time remote position responsible for developing high-quality, research-led learning materials for PPStack’s courses, programs, and digital platforms. Day-to-day tasks include conducting in-depth research on education, AI, data, and emerging technology topics, synthesizing insights, and translating them into clear, structured, and engaging educational content. This role will design curricula, lesson plans, and learning resources aligned with industry needs, as well as update existing content to reflect new trends and best practices.
The position involves collaborating with instructional designers,
subject matter experts, and product teams to ensure content accuracy, accessibility, and learner impact. The role may also support thought leadership initiatives such as blogs, articles, webinars, and knowledge resources that enhance PPStack’s educational ecosystem.
Qualifications
- Strong Writing and Content Strategy skills to create structured, engaging, and outcomes-focused educational materials.
- Excellent Research and Analytical Skills to gather, evaluate, and synthesize information from academic, industry, and technology sources.
- Effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present complex concepts in a clear, learner-friendly manner.
- Experience or interest in EdTech, AI, data, or digital skills domains, with the ability to align content to industry standards and future-ready competencies.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education, Instructional Design, Communications, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Familiarity with online learning platforms, curriculum design, and basic learning experience design principles.
- Ability to work independently in a remote workplace, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
- Experience in academic-industry research, educational content creation, or teaching/training is a plus.
