Hiring | R&D; Modernization Manager

We are looking for an experienced R&D; Modernization Manager to drive digital transformation and modernization initiatives across Pharmaceutical R&D; and scientific functions .

Location: Pune

Experience: 5–10 Years

Function: Global R&D; IT

Open to Relocation:- Candidates willing to relocate to Pune will be considered

Travel: Domestic & International travel as required

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead business requirement gathering, stakeholder workshops and process mapping
- Manage modernization projects from concept through implementation and adoption
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with R&D;, Quality, AI & Data, In Silico and technology teams
- Evaluate emerging laboratory, scientific, AI, automation and digital technologies
- Manage technology PoCs, vendor evaluations and go/no-go recommendations
- Support project planning, governance, budgets, risks and executive reporting
- Drive digital transformation initiatives within regulated R&D; environments

Education: PhD / M.Sc. / B.E. / B.Tech or equivalent qualification in Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biotechnology, Engineering, Technology or related discipline. MBA/Postgraduate qualification is preferred.
