Key Responsibilities

- Manage and track customer subscription renewals
- Conduct outbound calls and follow-ups for timely renewals
- Drive renewal collections and achieve sales KPIs
- Assist customers with upgrades and cross-selling opportunities
- Maintain customer records and ensure accurate updates
- Handle welcome, service, feedback, and renewal calls
- Build strong, long-term customer relationships through excellent after-sales support
