Richmee is hiring 100 Relationship Managers for its growing team in Kolhapur.

Job Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers. Explain and promote financial and educational products. Generate leads and convert them into customers. Handle customer queries and provide proper product information. Follow up with interested customers regularly. Maintain good customer relationships. Achieve daily and monthly sales targets. Maintain calling and customer records.

Products: Mutual Funds Insurance Demat Accounts Financial & Investment Courses Training & Support: Complete product knowledge training will be provided. Telecalling and sales training will be provided. Freshers will receive proper guidance and support. No prior experience in financial products is mandatory.

Candidate Requirements:



Minimum 12th Pass Freshers and experienced candidates can apply. Good communication and convincing skills. Basic knowledge of Marathi/Hindi/English. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Interested in telesales and customer interaction.
