Role Overview:

- Job Title: RM Sales & RM Dealing
- Location: Bengaluru
- Experience: 1+Year
- we are looking for a dynamic RM Sales & RM Dealing skilled to drive retail sales, handle live equity/derivatives dealing, and manage HNI client relationships in Bengaluru.

Key Responsibilities

- Sales & Target Achievement: Drive aggressive outbound calling and achieve monthly sales targets for financial services and investment products.

- RM Dealing & Execution: Act as a dedicated point of contact for clients for executing trades in equities and derivatives, managing orders, and ensuring smooth trade processing.

- Client Relationship & Advisory: Build and maintain strong relationships with retail and HNI clients, assessing their risk profiles to offer suitable equity/advisory services and tailored solutions.

- Financial Products Handling: Manage and assist clients with Demat account opening, Mutual Fund investments, SIPs, insurance products, and cross-selling supplementary financial offerings.

- Subscription & Value Pitching:



Promote and sell subscription plans of the company’s business magazine and specialized advisory packs over the telephone.
- - Client Retention & Support: Handle customer queries and objections effectively, ensuring ongoing support, retention, and renewal of the existing client base.

- Requirements & Qualifications

- Minimum of a Graduation Degree.

- 1 to 3 years of proven experience in share market sales, terminal dealing, or handling financial products.

- SEBI Certification (NISM Series VIII - Equity Derivatives or NISM-Series-XV Research Analyst) is strongly preferred; candidates must be willing to clear it within 2 months of joining if not currently certified.

- Strong understanding of stock markets, terminal operations, Demat accounts, SIPs, Mutual Funds, and Insurance products.

- Passionate, aggressive for outbound calling, and equipped with a target-oriented sales mindset.

- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills with proficiency in English, Hindi, and a regional language.
