- Roles and Responsibilities:*
- - Generate Home Loan leads from open market and through different channels like DSAs, Connectors, or Builders
- - Meeting clients, verifying documents, processing files, co-ordinate for sanction/disbursement of the loan
- - Monitor the leads and check for quality of sourcing and ensure quick conversion of prospects as per targets
- - Meeting builders/DSA's/Connectors associations for tie-ups/empanelment for housing loans
- - Connect with our Loan processing centre to ensure the file disbursement
- - Develop and maintain relationship with clients for repeat business and referral/s
- - Maintain in-depth knowledge of the organization's home loan products, interest rates, terms, and eligibility criteria
- Job Specific Skills:*
- - Should hold knowledge of Home Loan
- - Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- - Solid understanding of the potential of local market
