Qualification : MD / DNB(Anesthesia & Critical Care) / MEM

Job Requirements :-

- Direct Patient Care: Manage treatment for ICU patients, including respiratory failure, sepsis, and complex trauma.
- Procedures: Perform urgent procedures such as intubation, central line insertion, and bedside ultrasound.
- Clinical Leadership: Lead daily multidisciplinary rounds, coordinating care with nurses, pharmacists, and respiratory therapists.
- Monitoring & Assessment: Continuously assess patient stability and adjust treatment protocols in real time.
- Communication: Provide counseling and updates to patients' families regarding prognosis and care plans.
- Quality & Safety: Ensure adherence to ICU clinical protocols and improve patient safety measures.
- Expertise: Deep knowledge of life-support systems, hemodynamic monitoring, and pharmacology.
- Core Competencies: Strong decision-making, high-pressure management, and effective communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: From ₹130,000.00 per month
