We are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager – South to join a leading global medical devices(Capital)/ophthalmic equipment organization.

Location: Chennai

Division : Ophthalmic equipment

Region: South India

Experience: 10–15 years

Qualification: BE/B.Tech – Biomedical / Instrumentation / Electronics Engineering

Key Requirements

Mandatory experience in Ophthalmic Equipment / Medical Devices sales

Solid experience in distributor management across South India

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets

Experience in direct sales and business development

Strong KOL and institutional network

Willingness to travel extensively across South India

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking

Key Responsibilities

- Drive regional sales strategy and revenue growth
- Manage and strengthen distributor partnerships




- Develop new markets, channels, and business opportunities
- Build relationships with hospitals, medical institutions, KOLs, and other stakeholders
- Conduct product demonstrations, training, seminars, and industry events
- Monitor sales forecasts, market trends, and competitor activity
- Drive market share and customer preference

Travel: 15–20 days/month | 75%+ domestic travel
