Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Reefer Engineer with hands-on experience in repairing, servicing, and troubleshooting sea container refrigeration (Reefer) units.

The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of refrigeration systems and practical experience in diagnosing and repairing reefer container breakdowns.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform installation, maintenance, servicing, troubleshooting, and repair of Reefer/Sea Container refrigeration units.
- Diagnose refrigeration, electrical, and mechanical faults in reefer units.
- Handle preventive and breakdown maintenance of reefer containers.
- Troubleshoot compressors, condensers, evaporators, controllers, sensors, electrical circuits, and refrigeration systems.
- Perform refrigerant charging, leak detection, pressure testing, and related refrigeration work.
- Maintain proper service records and breakdown reports.
- Ensure reefer units are maintained as per operational and safety standards.
- Coordinate with operations and technical teams for timely resolution of equipment breakdowns.




- Carry out regular inspection and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in Reefer/Container Refrigeration.
- Hands-on experience repairing Sea Container Refrigeration Units is mandatory.
- Experience with Reefer Containers used in shipping, logistics, ports, or container yards.
- Positive knowledge of refrigeration and electrical systems.
- Experience in troubleshooting and breakdown maintenance.
- Knowledge of reefer units such as Carrier, Thermo King, Daikin, Star Cool, or Mitsubishi will be an advantage.
- ITI/Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, Mechanical, Electrical, or a related technical field preferred.
- Candidates should be willing to work at container yards/port locations as required.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.

Important Note Only candidates with hands-on experience in repairing Sea Container/Reefer Refrigeration Units will be considered.
