We are looking for a Recruitment Officer to manage high-volume recruitment of caregivers across Kerala, along with GDA, ANM, GNM, Staff Nurses and other healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage mass/bulk caregiver recruitment and achieve monthly hiring targets.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, WhatsApp, referrals and recruitment drives.
- Screen candidates and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate interviews, selection, offers and joining.
- Maintain regular candidate follow-up until joining.
- Build candidate networks through GDA institutes, nursing colleges and local communities.
- Coordinate with branches and training teams for manpower requirements.
- Maintain recruitment records and candidate pipeline in Zoho Recruit/ATS.
- Prepare daily and weekly recruitment reports.
Requirements
- Any Bachelor's Degree.
- 1–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare, homecare or staffing.
- Experience in bulk/mass recruitment is preferred.
