We are looking for a skilled Refrigeration Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating and maintaining refrigeration systems, ensuring the safety and efficiency of our operations.

Roles and Responsibility

- Operate and maintain refrigeration systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.

- Monitor and control temperature, humidity, and air quality to prevent spoilage and contamination.

- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, inspecting, and replacing parts as needed.

- Troubleshoot issues with refrigeration systems and implement corrective actions.

- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless operations and resolve technical issues.

- Maintain accurate records of system performance, maintenance activities, and repairs.

Job Requirements





- Proven experience as a Refrigeration Operator or similar role.

- Solid understanding of refrigeration principles, including thermodynamics, mechanics, and electrical systems.

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.

- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

- Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.

- Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures related to hazardous equipment operation.
