About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing and screening skills, excellent English communication, and the ability to manage multiple hiring requirements independently.

Candidates with experience in US Recruitment, BPO, KPO, US Healthcare, or US-based operations will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
- Shortlist candidates and coordinate interview rounds with hiring managers.
- Maintain recruitment pipelines, candidate databases, and hiring trackers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment and joining process.
- Coordinate offer rollouts and ensure successful candidate joining.
- Manage multiple vacancies and meet recruitment targets and timelines.
- Prepare recruitment reports and maintain accurate Excel trackers.
- Build and maintain a talent pool for current and future hiring requirements.





Required Skills & Qualifications

- 2+ years of recruitment experience preferred.
- Hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Good knowledge of Indeed, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Robust interviewing, coordination, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work in a team and manage multiple positions.
- Experience with ATS/HRMS/recruitment tools is an advantage.

Working Hours

- Monday–Friday: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM
- Saturday: 6:30 PM – 11:30 PM
- Sunday: Weekly Off

Important

- This is a permanent, full-time, work-from-office night-shift position in Ahmedabad.
- Candidates must be comfortable working in US/night shifts.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
