Recruitment Coordinator

We are looking for a motivated and organized Recruitment Coordinator to support high-volume hiring for delivery driver and logistics positions in Canada.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable speaking with applicants, screening candidates, following up on required documents, maintaining recruitment records, and helping move candidates through the onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact and screen applicants by phone, WhatsApp, email, and other approved communication channels
- Ask candidates about location, availability, work authorization, vehicle details, and expected start date
- Schedule interviews and follow up with shortlisted applicants
- Assist candidates with onboarding requirements and document submission
- Maintain accurate applicant records and update recruitment trackers
- Follow up with candidates who have incomplete applications or missing documents
- Coordinate with the Canadian recruitment and operations team
- Help manage recruitment requirements for multiple cities and delivery stations
- Post or prepare job advertisements when required




- Maintain professional and timely communication with candidates

Requirements:
- Strong English communication skills
- Comfortable making recruitment and follow-up calls
- Positive written communication skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple candidates
- Previous recruitment, HR, customer service, BPO, or calling experience is an asset
- Experience recruiting for logistics, delivery, transportation, or high-volume roles is an advantage

Preferred Skills:
- Experience using Indeed or other job portals
- Experience communicating through WhatsApp and email
- Familiarity with applicant tracking or recruitment spreadsheets
- Ability to work according to Canadian business hours when required

Responsibilities may include recruiting candidates for multiple locations across Canada.

Pay: ₹8,617.70 - ₹18,000.00 per month
