Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to interview coordination and offer closure. The role involves working closely with candidates, clients, and internal teams to fulfill hiring requirements within timelines.

Key ResponsibilitiesUnderstand job requirements from clients and hiring managers. Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other recruitment channels . Screen and shortlist candidates based on skills, experience, and job requirements.

Conduct initial telephonic interviews and candidate assessments. Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/hiring managers. Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Manage candidate documentation, databases, and recruitment records.

Coordinate salary discussions, offer negotiations, and offer closures. Follow up with candidates until joining and ensure a smooth joining process.



Maintain regular communication with clients regarding candidate status and feedback.

Work on multiple job requirements simultaneously and achieve recruitment targets. Maintain accurate candidate information and update the ATS/MIS regularly. Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Support the team in achieving monthly closure and revenue targets.

SkillsGood communication and interpersonal skills. Solid sourcing and candidate screening skills. Knowledge of recruitment processes and job portals. Good follow-up and coordination skills. Ability to work with deadlines and recruitment targets. Strong negotiation and convincing skills. Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, email, and ATS/MIS. Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously. Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
