Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Recruitment Executive. The ideal candidate should have hands-on exposure to hiring for IT roles and demonstrate strong communication and coordination abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source potential candidates through job portals, social media platforms, and references
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews
- Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers
- Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidate matches
- Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment trackers
- Ensure timely follow-ups throughout the recruitment lifecycle
- Should be able to work on targets and ensure timely closure
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Experience handling IT and Non-IT hiring
- Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
