We are looking for an experienced Non-IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for various non-IT roles. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely closure of positions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen candidates based on job requirements and conduct initial discussions.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for non-IT positions across different industries.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and clients/hiring teams.
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.




- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Ensure positions are closed within the required timelines.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and upcoming requirements.

Required Skills:

- 2–5 years of experience in Non-IT/General Recruitment.
- Good understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
- Strong communication and candidate-handling skills.
- Ability to work on multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms will be preferred.Role & responsibilities
