Role Description This is a full-time, remote role for a Recruitment Specialist working in a target-driven environment within a consultancy setting.

The Recruitment

Specialist will manage the end-to-end hiring cycle, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating interview processes with client organizations. The role involves building and maintaining candidate pipelines, nurturing relationships with both clients and applicants, and aligning candidate profiles with client requirements and role specifications.

Specialist will collaborate with internal teams to meet hiring targets, prepare recruitment reports, and support onboarding and training coordination as needed. Daily tasks include managing job postings, using recruitment tools and platforms, updating applicant tracking systems, and ensuring a positive and inclusive candidate experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Recruiting and Hiring skills, including experience in end-to-end recruitment within a consultancy or agency setting.
- Candidates should possess effective Interviewing and candidate assessment skills to evaluate fit against role requirements and client expectations.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication for interacting with clients and candidates.
- Candidates should possess Training and onboarding support skills to help facilitate smooth candidate transitions into client organizations.
- Experience working with targets or KPIs in recruitment, and familiarity with applicant tracking systems and online sourcing platforms.
- Strong organizational, time management, and stakeholder management abilities, with attention to detail and follow-through.
- Background in human resources, recruitment consultancy, or talent acquisition; a relevant degree or certification in HR or business is beneficial.
- Demonstrated commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory hiring practices and the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
