: US Non-IT Recruiter

- Role Overview: Seeking a high-energy, communication-driven professional to handle end-to-end US Non-IT recruitment cycles with speed and precision at Silverspace Inc
- Location: On-site at 605, 6th Floor, Silicon Tower, C.G. Road, Ellisbridge, Ahmedabad.
- Shift Timing: 06:30 PM to 03:30 AM IST (Night Shift), 5 days a week.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute full-cycle recruitment by sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various Non-IT positions across the US market.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of quality talent through proactive sourcing rather than relying solely on job boards.
- Manage stakeholder alignment by coordinating with internal teams to understand client requirements and deliver top-tier talent consistently.
- Maintain excellent rapport with candidates to ensure high show-up rates and successful placements.

Candidate Requirements

- Experience:



Minimum 2 years of proven track record in US Recruitment.
- Communication: Top-notch verbal and written English skills are mandatory to communicate effectively and persuasively with US-based candidates.
- Flexibility & Focus: Strong understanding of recruitment processes with a heavy emphasis on top-notch communication capabilities.
- Shift Availability: Must be comfortable working the night shift on-site at the Ahmedabad office.
