Job Summary

Nextenti Tech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Talent Acquisition Intern to support the recruitment team in identifying, attracting, and hiring suitable candidates.

This internship provides hands-on exposure to the complete recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination, candidate engagement, onboarding, and basic HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment channels.

Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

Conduct initial candidate interactions and coordinate screening calls.

Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.





Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Assist in preparing job descriptions and posting job vacancies.

Coordinate the onboarding process for selected candidates.

Maintain accurate recruitment records and prepare basic hiring reports.

Support the HR team with employee engagement and other HR activities.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing a degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Basic understanding of recruitment and HR concepts.

Comfortable using MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic office tools.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Ability to work effectively in a rapid-paced environment.
