Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment and sourcing
- Candidate screening and coordination
- Managing employee documentation & onboarding
- Attendance tracking and follow-ups
- Coordination with operations team for manpower planning
- Maintaining recruitment and employee records
- Vendor coordination (if applicable)
Location: Kilikollur, Kollam Eligibility: Candidates from nearby locations preferred
