We are looking for a hands-on Non-IT Recruitment Team Leader to lead a team of recruiters and drive hiring closures.

What You’ll Do

- Lead and mentor a team of Non-IT recruiters
- Manage team targets, productivity and closures
- Handle end-to-end recruitment across Non-IT roles
- Drive sourcing, screening, interviews and offer closures
- Manage client requirements and ensure TAT/SLA adherence
- Track team performance and recruitment MIS
- Personally handle critical mandates when required

What We’re Looking For

- 4–6 years of Non-IT recruitment experience
- 1–2 years of team-handling experience
- Robust experience in consultancy / staffing / RPO recruitment
- Proven track record of meeting recruitment targets
- Strong sourcing, client management and communication skills
- A hands-on leader who can build a team and deliver closures
