Job Summary A reputed 5-star hotel in the Maldives is hiring an experienced Female Receptionist for immediate placement. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a professional appearance, and experience in hotel or resort front office operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome guests and provide a warm, professional check-in and check-out experience.
- Handle room reservations, guest inquiries, and telephone calls efficiently.
- Maintain guest records and process payments using hotel management systems.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth guest services.
- Resolve guest requests and complaints in a courteous and timely manner.
- Maintain front office standards and deliver exceptional customer service at all times.

Eligibility Criteria





- Nepalese candidates only.
- Female candidates only.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Receptionist in a hotel or resort.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well-groomed, presentable, and customer-service oriented.
- Ready for immediate joining.

Salary & Benefits

- Salary: USD 400 per month.
- Service Charge: USD 200450 per month.
