Role Overview

We are looking for a polite, organised, and patient-focused Telecalling Executive to handle enquiries, explain our services, schedule appointments, and follow up with patients.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming calls and make outbound calls to patients who have enquired about our services.

- Provide accurate information about MRI, CT scans, pathology tests, pricing, centre timings, and appointments.

- Follow up on enquiries received through calls, WhatsApp, advertisements, and other channels.

- Convert interested enquiries into confirmed appointments through helpful, clear communication.

- Coordinate with reception and diagnostic teams to check availability and schedule bookings.

- Send appointment confirmations, reminders, location details, and preparation instructions approved by the clinical team.

- Follow up with patients who miss appointments and assist with rescheduling.

- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, call outcomes, bookings, and pending follow-ups.

- Collect patient feedback and escalate complaints or medical questions to the appropriate team.





- Maintain patient confidentiality and communicate with empathy and respect.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum qualification: Class 12; graduates preferred.

- Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or patient coordination preferred. Candidates with healthcare or diagnostics experience will have an advantage.

- Good communication skills in Hindi and Marathi; working knowledge of English preferred.

- Basic computer skills, including Excel, WhatsApp Business, and data entry.

- Strong listening skills, a courteous telephone manner, and consistent follow-up habits.

- Ability to explain information clearly and work towards enquiry follow-up and appointment targets.

- Timely responses to patient enquiries.

- Consistent follow-ups and accurate appointment scheduling.

- Complete and updated call records.

- Positive patient experience and qualified communication.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
