Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Relationship Manager to join our real estate sales team. The candidate will be responsible for handling prospective customers, understanding their property requirements, generating sales opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities Handle incoming leads and generate new business opportunities through calls, references, and networking.

Understand clients’ requirements and suggest suitable residential/commercial real estate options.

Conduct property presentations, site visits, and project briefings for prospective customers.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Follow up regularly with leads and convert prospects into successful bookings.

Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, offers, and relevant documentation to customers.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Handle customer queries and provide timely assistance throughout the booking and post-sales process.





Stay updated about market trends, competitor projects, pricing, and new developments in the real estate sector.

Requirements Graduate in any discipline.

1–5 years of experience in Real Estate Sales/Relationship Management preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good convincing and negotiation abilities.

Customer-oriented approach with strong follow-up skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM software.

Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Target-oriented and enthusiastic personality.
