Role Description This is a full time, on-site Real Estate Technical Manager role based in Noida.

The Real Estate Technical

Manager will oversee the technical and operational aspects of company properties, including planning, coordinating, and monitoring maintenance, fit-outs, and infrastructure upgrades for manufacturing and office facilities. Daily responsibilities include managing property performance, supervising vendors and service providers, reviewing lease-related technical obligations, and ensuring compliance with safety, regulatory, and environmental standards.



The role will also involve supporting real estate transactions from a technical perspective, optimizing space utilization, and partnering with internal stakeholders to align facility capabilities with business and production needs.

The Real Estate Technical

Manager will prepare technical reports, budgets, and forecasts related to property operations and capital projects.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Property Management to oversee facility operations, maintenance, and vendor coordination.

- Candidates should possess skills in Lease Administration and Leases to manage lease terms, technical conditions, and occupancy requirements.

- Candidates should possess skills in Real Estate and Commercial Real Estate to support site selection, due diligence, and portfolio optimization.

- Relevant experience in industrial or manufacturing facilities management, preferably in FMCG, cosmetics, or related sectors.

- Strong understanding of building systems, safety and compliance regulations, and environmental standards.

- Ability to analyze technical documentation, prepare budgets, and manage capital improvement projects.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, facilities management, real estate, or a related field; advanced certifications in property or facilities management are an advantage.
