The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the real estate market, property sales, lead conversion, client handling, and team management . Candidates with a proven track record in residential, commercial, plotted development, or luxury property sales are encouraged to apply.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the real estate sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. Generate and convert leads into successful property bookings. Handle prospective clients and understand their property requirements.

Conduct property presentations, site visits, negotiations, and follow-ups. Build strong relationships with customers, investors, channel partners, and brokers. Monitor the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up with leads.

Train, motivate, and guide sales executives to improve performance. Develop effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Maintain regular reports on leads, site visits, conversions, and sales performance.

Stay updated with property prices, market trends, competitors, and new projects.



Ensure a smooth customer experience from initial enquiry to booking and closure.

Candidate

Requirements 1–8 years of relevant experience in real estate sales. Proven experience in achieving sales targets. Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills. Good knowledge of the local real estate/property market.

Experience in handling and managing a sales team will be preferred. Strong customer relationship and follow-up skills. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and skilled attitude. Ability to work independently as well as lead a team. Candidates with experience in Residential Projects, Commercial Properties, Plots, Villas, or Luxury Real Estate are preferred.
