The ideal candidate should possess robust leadership skills, excellent market knowledge, and a proven track record in residential real estate sales. /n Key Responsibilities /n /n

- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets.

- Manage lead allocation, follow-ups, site visits, negotiations, and sales closures.

/n

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.

/n

- Coordinate with the marketing team to improve lead quality and conversions.

/n

- Build strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and corporate clients.

/n

- Monitor sales performance, CRM updates, and prepare MIS reports.

/n

- Analyze market trends and competitor activities.

/n





- Handle customer escalations and ensure a seamless buying experience.

/n

- Be available to travel to the project site in Isnapur as needed, particularly on weekends, to support customer site visits and sales activities.

- Bachelor's Degree (MBA preferred).

/n

- 3–7 years of experience in residential real estate sales, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.

/n

- Strong communication, negotiation, and team management skills.

/n

- Good knowledge of the Hyderabad real estate market (preferably West Hyderabad).

/n

- Proficiency in CRM, MS Excel, and sales reporting.

/n

- Target-driven with excellent problem-solving abilities.
