Responsibilities

- Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential real estate properties by providing expert guidance and support throughout the transaction process
- Conduct comprehensive real estate market analysis to identify trends, property values, and opportunities for clients
- Negotiate offers, counteroffers, and terms to secure favorable deals that meet clients’ needs while adhering to Fair Housing regulations and legal standards
- Manage all aspects of real estate transactions from initial listing or search to closing, ensuring smooth communication and documentation at each stage
- Develop and implement targeted marketing strategies to promote listings through various channels, including digital platforms and community outreach
- Build strong client rapport through effective communication, active listening, and personalized service to foster trust and repeat business




- Utilize sales technology adoption tools and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to track leads, manage contacts, and streamline workflows

Experience

- Proven experience in real estate sales or related administrative roles within the industry
- Solid negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully
- Familiarity with managing real estate transactions from start to finish in residential markets
- Excellent communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client bases
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for documentation and reporting purposes
- Knowledge of real estate law, industry trends, fair housing regulations, and local market conditions
- Organizational skills essential for managing multiple clients simultaneously while maintaining high-quality customer service
