We are searching for someone who doesn't just manage a team but helps create one. Someone who understands donor communication, fundraising strategies, follow-ups, conversions, and knows how to motivate people to achieve targets.

What we're looking for:

? Robust experience in Tele Fundraising

? Ability to build, train, and lead a fundraising team

? Capability to achieve individual targets while driving team performance

? Excellent communication and donor engagement skills

? Leadership mindset with a hands-on approach

? Experience in the NGO sector will be an added advantage
