About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled React Native Developer to join our energetic team at Mphasis in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have between 5 to 7 years of experience in mobile and web application development, with a strong focus on React Native for iOS applications and React.js-based web solutions.

This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality, scalable, and user-centric applications across mobile and web platforms. The developer will work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, UI/UX designers, backend developers, and DevOps engineers to deliver seamless digital experiences. Exposure to DevOps practices and cloud integration will be considered advantageous, enabling the candidate to contribute to continuous integration and deployment pipelines, ensuring efficient delivery and maintenance of applications.

Qualifications The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 5 to 7 years of qualified experience in software development, with demonstrated expertise in React Native and React.js. A strong understanding of modern JavaScript (ES6+), Node.js,



and API integration (RESTful and GraphQL) is essential.

Candidates should have hands-on experience in developing responsive, high-performance mobile and web applications, along with proficiency in version control systems such as Git. A background in mobile application architecture, state management, and lifecycle management is required.

Preferred qualifications include experience with backend development using Node.js, familiarity with DevOps practices, cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP, and containerization technologies such as Docker. Candidates with experience working in Agile/Scrum environments will have an added advantage.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality mobile applications using React Native specifically tailored for iOS platforms, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
- Develop and enhance responsive web applications leveraging React.js, ensuring scalability and responsiveness across devices and browsers.
- Collaborate effectively with product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend teams to translate requirements into functional and engaging applications.
- Integrate applications with RESTful APIs and GraphQL services to facilitate seamless data exchange and backend communication.
- Optimize application performance, usability, and reliability by conducting thorough testing, profiling, and debugging.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application bugs, performance bottlenecks,



and other technical issues promptly.
- Participate in code reviews, enforce coding standards, and advocate best practices to maintain code quality and consistency.
- Work closely with DevOps and infrastructure teams to streamline deployment processes, implement CI/CD pipelines, and ensure smooth application releases.
