- Conduct R&D; activities on machines and equipment to improve productivity, efficiency, and reliability.

- Identify machine-related problems and perform root cause analysis for breakdowns and repeated failures.

- Plan and carry out preventive and predictive maintenance activities.

- Troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and basic electrical machine issues.

- Support the development, modification, and improvement of machines according to production requirements.

- Design and implement machine modifications and improvements to reduce downtime and maintenance costs.

- Coordinate with production teams to understand machine-related issues and provide timely solutions.

- Prepare and maintain machine maintenance records, breakdown reports, and R&D; documentation.

- Monitor machine performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

- Work with vendors and technicians for machine installation, servicing, modification, and spare-parts requirements.

- Assist in recent machine development, trials, testing, and commissioning.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
