Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze client requirements and quantities based on marking and RCP drawings.

- Prepare BOQ by studying specification sheets from the sales team.

- Identify and resolve discrepancies between BOQ, drawings, specifications, and contract conditions.

- Monitor and control project costs, identifying cost-saving opportunities.

- Participate in pre-tendering activities and raise pre-bid queries.

- Prepare initial quotes and contracts for the sales team.

- Coordinate with the design team to analyze and validate architectural and service drawings.

- Manage work valuation, claims, and variations.

- Conduct feasibility studies and value engineering exercises.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize project outcomes and achieve value for money.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management,



or related field.

- 5+ years of experience in quantity surveying or cost consulting in the construction industry.

- Knowledge of construction practices, regulations, cost estimation, and management techniques.

- Familiarity with contract administration, general contracting, design-build, and related fields.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD and quantity validation from drawings.

- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
